About Us
Our Work
Drury Joinery Services work all over Nottinghamshire and in various surrounding areas, including Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. We have also worked at a number of properties in the Cotswolds, and one in Spain.
What Makes Us Unique
We are proud to say that whenever possible our materials come from sustainable sources. We always aim to use suppliers of wood from sustainable sources and recycle as much of our waste as possible. In 2017, 91% of waste from our worksites was recycled or reused. We can provide our customers with a full report of how the waste from a site has been recycled and reused upon request.
We are a member of various organisations who support small businesses in the construction industry, these include; Federation of Small Businesses, Institute of Carpenters, CITB, and Action for Construction. By being part of these organisations our customers have the satisfaction and peace of mind that we are a genuine high quality trader, aiming to improve the construction industry and it's workforce.
Meet the Team
Lee
Lee, our Joiner, has over 40 years experience as a Carpenter.
He began his career as an apprentice shop fitter for Boots the Chemist when he was 16. Having worked his way up he became a site foreman, and then worked for Havelock Europa Plc. In 2002, Havelock Europa Plc moved their factory and offices to Scotland, it was at this point that Lee decided to stay in Nottingham and become self-employed.
Ben
During the past 14 years we have employed and trained 9 apprentices through their NVQ level 2 and 3 diplomas, all of whom are still working in the Construction Industry. In December 2018 we welcomed our 10th apprentice, Ben, to the team, who is currently working towards his NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery (He does smile, honest!).
